Having to design websites we have to consider all the browsers and how they will react to coding, there is one main browser more than any other that is not keeping up with web design and the coding and that is IE.
Having stumbled across a website that is NOT supporting IE i thought I would do my part and write this post to get more people to follow this trend. Below is a couple of reasons as to why IE is not the browser you should be using to view the web.
Security
IE makes it incredibly easy to install malicious software on your sytem without you knowing about it, mostly through ActiveX. With one line of code (javascript) it is possible to crash IE6 and most versions of IE7.
Web Standards
IE does not follow the standards that modern browsers should be required to obey.
